Returns and Exchanges
Your Colours does not offer exchanges or credit notes on make-up unless the item is faulty.
Should you need to return a faulty item, please email us first at email@example.com to explain the reason for your return. Your email must be received within 30 days of the purchase date of your product. Once approval has been granted, please return your faulty product to:

Please note: Return freight charge will be paid for by the buyer and Your Colours Cosmetics will issue a credit note for the postage cost.
In the event you have received a faulty product, Your Colours Cosmetics will exchange this and send a replacement product with no additional postage fee.
Your Colours does not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.
